Internal Communications Leader
12 years in communications. 9 years building the connective tissue inside organizations. I believe great communication should feel effortless. Working with me usually does too.
Nice to meet you
I've spent the last 12 years — 9 of them dedicated to internal communications — figuring out how to make information flow through organizations without the usual friction. The kind that makes people roll their eyes at another all-hands email.
My approach is pretty simple: listen first, over-communicate never, and build platforms that people actually want to use. I've launched internal comms platforms at my last three companies — intranets, mobile apps, you name it — and I've learned that the best tool in the world means nothing if your culture doesn't support it.
I'm the colleague who remembers birthdays, drafts the FAQ before anyone asks, and somehow stays calm when everything is on fire. If that sounds like someone you'd want on your team, we should probably talk.

Where I've been
Thumbtack
Led the strategy, launch, and ongoing evolution of our company’s intranet — partnering with teams across the organization to make information easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to act on. I built the publishing processes, content standards, and analytics rhythms that kept everything running smoothly, and I created employee‑facing communications that helped people stay informed without feeling overwhelmed.
Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers
Supported internal communications across every major channel, maintaining clarity and consistency for all employee touchpoints. Launched the company's first-ever communications app, connecting 35,000+ employees across 32 states and 5 countries.
GameStop
Built the company's first intranet platform from scratch, giving employees a central, reliable place to stay connected. Designed with 10up. Supported internal communications across a wide mix of channels — from intranet content and weekly newsletters to digital signage and on‑site posters.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise
Coordinated workshops from start to finish, where I learned to juggle logistics, keep people engaged, and make medical terminology feel human. Alongside training management, I managed updates to all subsystem manuals. And because I can’t resist a good morale boost, I jumped into the Social Committee
Professional Oklahoma Educators
This was the job where I learned how to do a little bit of everything. I planned events and conferences, designed and wrote every kind of communication we sent out, and even led the content and creative direction for a brand‑new website. I revamped our monthly e‑newsletter, kept our member database clean, turned survey results into real insights, and tracked all the metrics that made our work look beautifully organized. I also ran point on all things swag — designing it, ordering it, organizing it, and keeping inventory like a one‑person merch department.
